What does Upmend actually do?
Two things:
- Monitors your app 24/7 — every 5 minutes, from outside, like a real user. If your homepage, login, or checkout breaks, we know.
- Emails you a step-by-step fix report — what broke, why, and the exact steps to fix it on Bubble, Lovable, Webflow, etc. So you don't need a developer to diagnose it.
Will you fix my app for me?
Today, no — Upmend tells you exactly what broke and how to fix it, but you (or your no-code platform's support team) make the actual change. Our job is to get you from "something's wrong" to "here's the 3-step fix" — usually in under 10 minutes of work on your end.

Isn't this just uptime monitoring?
Same plumbing, opposite product. An uptime monitor's job ends at "something is down." Upmend's job starts there — we're incident interpretation for non-technical founders, not a status check.

What access do you need to my app?
Just a public URL. We monitor from the outside, like any of your users would. No editor access, no passwords, no plugins, no installs. You can sign up and have monitoring running in under 5 minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
